Read this Help Center article to learn how to link or unlink Google Ads accounts. Do this in these cases:

  1. Link More Accounts from an Existing Login to TrueClicks

  2. Link Accounts from a New Login

  3. Unlink Accounts from TrueClicks

Follow the steps for each:

1. Link More Accounts from an Existing Login to TrueClicks

If you or someone on your team has already linked a Google Ads login to TrueClicks but not all accounts are added, you can link more accounts from the existing login(s) on the Link Accounts page.

Please note that if you don't have account management rights (which enable you to (un)link Google Ads accounts), the following message will show:

If you get this message, please reach out to one of the team members listed in this message (blurred above) and he or she will be able to (un)link the desired accounts and/or to give you account linking permissions.

On the Link accounts page, you’ll see a list of currently linked accounts. Here, you can (un)link accounts by selecting them directly or searching by account name or customer ID:

2. Link Accounts from a New Login

If the account you want doesn’t show up under available logins, click "Manage Logins" to add a new Google Ads login:

Once you’ve authorized TrueClicks access, the new login will show up on the Link Accounts page, and you’ll be able to choose the accounts to link.

3. Unlink Accounts from TrueClicks

If you have the right permissions, go to the Link Accounts page, uncheck the accounts you no longer want TrueClicks to monitor, and click "Confirm Selection" to finish unlinking.
