If your TrueClicks account has never used task management before and none of the users ever activated it, the Tasks page in TrueClicks will look like this:

So all you have to do here is click on the green "I want task management" button and your team can start creating tasks in TrueClicks.

Later on, this setting can always be changed from the Settings page in TrueClicks:
