By clicking on your name in the top right corner of TrueClicks, you can select 'My Profile'. By clicking on this link, you'll get the following page:

User profile

In this section, you can change your name and password by clicking on User name and Change password.

You can't change your email address, but if you need to have access to TrueClicks with a different email address, you can invite that email address from the Team page. If you don't have user management permissions, you can ask a colleague that has to invite your new/other email address and possibly remove the old one afterward.

Settings

By default, receiving email notifications about accounts you've indicated as 'My account' is enabled.
This means we'll send you an email if we detect new urgent issues or 0 non-bidding changes in the last 14 days in one or more of your accounts. We'll also send you an email when these issues are resolved.
If you don't want this, you can disable these email notifications over here.

By default, we do not send you email notifications when we spot anomalies in your accounts (to prevent sending you too many emails), but if you'd like to receive an email as soon as cost, clicks or conversions yesterday were at least 50% higher or lower than the average for that day of the week, you can enable that over here.

You'll be able to change this percentage and the look-back window in the near future, so you can customize what kind of anomaly is important enough for you to be notified about.

At the bottom of this page you'll simply see the company name of your account under 'Customer'. If this needs to change, you can send us an email at support@trueclicks.com
