To manage your login credentials and email notification settings, click on your name in the top right corner of TrueClicks and select 'My Profile'.
User profile
In this section, you can change your name and password by clicking on User name and Change password.
You can't change your email address, but if you need to have access to TrueClicks with a different email address, you can invite that email address from the Team page.
If you don't have user management permissions, you can ask a colleague that has to invite your new/other email address and possibly remove the old one afterward.
Email Notifications
By default, receiving email notifications about accounts you've indicated as 'My account' is enabled. This means:
You'll receive personalized emails about important things happening in your accounts.
Your weekly email digest will show your cost-weighted TrueClicks score vs. the company-average TrueClicks score.
You can set a minimum priority threshold to control what is included in your email updates.
If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can disable them here.
